Another pic of my happy girl with a bruised eye.

Lexi got a black eye. It actually is looking pretty good. She fell and hit the side of her eye on the cement step outside of our house.

Here I am - 33 weeks (this was actually taken a few weeks ago). But for those that requested it, here it is!!!

We went to Fruitland Washington this past weekend to see Grandma Roseanne. Who is working at a Bible Camp there. We had a wonderful time and Lexi loved getting to see Grandma. While there Lexi touched a propane heater that was in the dining hall and burned her hand. We gave the baby doll a bandage too!

Lexi ready to go for the day. When she see's we are getting ready to walk out the door, she grabs her purse - definately all girl!

As for me and the Prego picture..... okay, okay!!!!! I will have to take one this week, but really its not that exciting.
Jim and I played hookie from church today. We just could not seem to get ourselves up and going. We stayed home and made omelets and cleaned house. Hopefully our good Lord finds that acceptable.
Well, 32 weeks this week. And only 6-7 more to meet my little guy. I am thinking that Jim and I should really start thinking about a name. Oh, and if I may brag... my weight gain so far - 5 pounds. Oh, what a relief! You know its always a concern for us childbearing women.
It has been fun keeping up on all of your lives, through your blogs, so keep it up!!
til' next time.......

Lexi loves her baby doll. She is sound asleep here, with her doll and toy. She is so sweet! I can't get enough of her!!!!!

Lexi and two of her best friends. Hailey Sears and Alison Dofelmier

Lexi dancing..........Hopefully, she has more coordination and skill than her mommy! She loves to sing and dance.

We had a nice weekend. On Saturday we went to Darren and Amelia's for a BBQ, and then I got to spend some time with Sabrina. She was in town for a wedding. We played and laughed like we were kids - it was refreshing. I laughed with her like I haven't laughed in a long time! To be sentimental..... how nice it is to be with old friends!!
I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Jim made me dinner, got me a pedicure and a gift card to Jack in-the-Box. Considering that their taco's and iced tea have been my craving of choice during this pregnancy. The thought of most fast food gives me indegistion. But Jack has come through for me.
I will be 31 weeks pregnant on Thursday and am thrilled with how fast the time is going. I can hardley wait to meet my little boy. He still doesn't have a name, but we have a few weeks to get him one. I just cant imagine what he is going to look like.
Well, I had better go and get productive. Lexi is napping right now and I suppose I should get a few things done while she sleeps.

Today was a domestic day for us. Lexi stayed in her diaper all day and I look how I looked when I got out of bed this morning. Not so good - considering its almost 7pm. I cleaned house, put a pot roast in the crock pot this morning, made a big salad, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dinner. Jim is working late and Lexi and I are hanging out.
As you can see from the picture Lexi is already playing mommy. She has her baby, stroller and purse. She's all girl!

My two favorite people in the whole world!!

Hi Friends! I have enjoyed reading your blogs, and due to Sabrina's encouragement I have decided to start my own. At first I thought it might be too time consuming, but it looks pretty simple. I will start by posting a picture of our little girl. She is 18 months old and the joy of our life! We are expecting a baby boy the first week in July and are looking forward to that too. Jim is working for his uncle as an apprentice electrician. And I am fulfilling my dream of being a full time mommy. In my eyes there is no higher calling than to be a parent. We are enjoying our simple life and the time we are investing into our family. We have had such an hectic schedule for the past several years, and are enjoying the time to relax and not be so busy. We are taking one day at a time and leaving the future in God's hands. Until next time..................
